Maya's growth - first 24 months

Now that Maya is older than 6 months, it's time to move on to her "final" graphs, which will show all of her data until she's two years old.  Although I will be able to measure her length fairly regularly at home, I'm unsure how often I'll get a weight for her unless she's actually at the doctor's office for something.  I'm sure she'll be able to stand on our home scale, but its margin of error is about ±5 lbs, so you get what you get!

The order below is: weight, length, head circumference, and weight-for-length, all using WHO data.
